Maine Revised Statutes Title 27. Libraries, History, Culture and Art § 118. School libraries

Any school library in a community with no public library service, or serving communities with no public libraries, that agrees to offer service as a public library is entitled to all the benefits accruing to a public library with the approval of the State Librarian.
