1. Assessments. Physicians, hospitals and physicians' employers aggrieved by an insurer's application of the assessment provided for in this chapter may request a hearing before the superintendent. The hearing must be held in accordance with chapter 3, 1 the Maine Administrative Procedure Act 2 and procedural rules of the bureau.
2. Eligibility. Physicians aggrieved by an eligibility determination by the Department of Health and Human Services under section 6307 may request a hearing under the Maine Administrative Procedure Act. 2
