1. Producer authorities. An individual resident or nonresident insurance producer may receive any of the full license authorities pursuant to section 1420-F, subsection 1, paragraphs A to F and surplus lines authority in accordance with chapter 19 1.
A to E. Deleted. Laws 2001, c. 259, § 16.
2. Consultant categories. A resident or nonresident consultant may receive the following authorities under the license:
A. Property and casualty; or
B. Life and health.
3. Adjuster authorities. A resident or nonresident adjuster may receive the following authorities under the license:
A. Property and casualty insurance adjuster;
B. Multiple peril crop insurance adjuster; and
C. Workers' compensation insurance adjuster.
