Maine Revised Statutes Title 19-A. Domestic Relations § 2653. Administering agency

The department shall adopt and administer procedures to receive, document and distribute all support payments collected pursuant to this subchapter. The commissioner may establish by rule a fee for use of these services. Except as provided in section 2103, subsections 3 and 3-A, the department shall retain all fees and apply them toward the administration of the division of support enforcement and recovery.
