Maine Revised Statutes Title 10. Commerce and Trade § 1073. Successor to program

The Municipal Securities Approval Program is the successor to the program formerly administered by the Maine Guarantee Authority under Title 30, chapter 242,  1 and all resolutions and actions taken by the Maine Guarantee Authority, without exception, relative to such program shall be a resolution or action taken by the Finance Authority of Maine.
