Maryland Code, Natural Resources § 4-1004

(a)(1) A resident may catch clams in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department.

(2) A nonresident may catch in the tidal bays of Worcester County hard clams for the nonresident's own use and consumption in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department.

(1) Oysters or clams for commercial purposes in the waters of the State; or

(2) Oysters for recreational purposes in the waters of the State.
