(a) There is a Land Preservation Rapid Response Advisory Committee.
(b) The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to:
(1) Review and prioritize Program loan applications for consideration by the Board of Trustees; and
(2) Make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on:
(i) Which projects to fund, whether in whole or in part; and
(ii) The funding to be allocated to each project.
(c) The Advisory Committee consists of:
(1) A representative of the Department, selected by the Secretary; and
(2) The following members, selected by the Board of Trustees:
(i) A representative of the Trust that is not a member of the Executive Committee;
(ii) A representative of a nonprofit land conservation organization in the State;
(iii) A representative of a local parks and recreation department in the State; and
(iv) An individual with experience in loan underwriting.
