(a) The Board shall maintain on its website a roster of all licensees who meet the requirements of this title.
(b) The Board shall include on each electronic license record:
(1) The category of license;
(2) The full name of the licensee;
(3) If the licensee is a licensed bachelor social worker or a licensed master social worker, whether the licensee is approved to engage in independent practice;
(4) A license number;
(5) The license status;
(6) The expiration date;
(7) The original date of issuance; and
(8) If applicable, disciplinary history.
(c) Repealed by Acts 2013, c. 391, § 1, eff. Oct. 1, 2013.
