(a) Any person whose application for a pharmacy permit has been denied or whose pharmacy permit has been suspended or revoked under this title may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act. 1
(b) If an appeal is taken under this section, the Board may stay its order of suspension or revocation pending the decision of the court.
