Maryland Code, Education § 16-505.2

On or before December 1 each year, the Board of Trustees shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the Senate Education, Energy, and the Environment Committee and the House Appropriations Committee of the General Assembly regarding its progress in implementing the duties and responsibilities listed under § 16-505(c) of this subtitle.
