(a) There is a nonresident storage permit.
(b) The Executive Director may issue the permit to a nonresident dealer permit holder.
(c) The permit authorizes the holder to store alcoholic beverages in a licensed public storage warehouse in the State for subsequent shipment to:
(1) a holder of a wholesaler's license;
(2) a holder of a manufacturer's license; or
(3) a person outside the State.
(d) The permit holder may not ship alcoholic beverages unless:
(1) the invoice for the shipment originates from the out-of-state permit address of the permit holder; and
(2) the holder:
(i) ships the alcoholic beverages from the public storage warehouse in the State to the purchaser; and
(ii) concurrently transmits the invoice to the purchaser.
(e)(1) Each month the permit holder shall file a report of its storage and shipping activities with the Executive Director.
(2) The report shall be filed in the manner and on the form that the Executive Director provides.
(f) The permit fee is $500.
