Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 9, § 1615. Application of sections

R.S. 9:1611 through 9:1614 shall not be deemed to repeal the general provisions of the Civil Code nor the laws relating to the public administrator of the Parish of Orleans  1 and shall be effective only where the claim of the state to property of vacant successions is in dispute.
