Any funds realized from any such administration or compromise shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the treasurer's special fund for the payment of old age assistance, aid to dependent children, aid to the needy blind, health services for mothers and their children, and aid to children with physical disabilities, in accordance with law, and may likewise be used in the work of the state hospital board, any such funds to be apportioned and allocated to such purposes by the governor.
