A. The Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, the office of tourism and promotion, the Department of Transportation and Development, the Department of Conservation and Energy, the Department of Agriculture, the State Soil and Water Conservation Commission, and the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service or their successor agencies shall furnish assistance to the state liaison officer for the implementation of this Chapter in compliance with the provisions of R.S. 49:661 and 663.
B. In respect to duties of the secretary and the state liaison officer, under this Chapter and insofar as practical, all state agencies shall comply with reasonable requests to furnish information, data, and reports to the commission, and shall otherwise cooperate with the said secretary and state liaison officer.
