Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 51, § 299. Issuance by secretary of state of certificates of registration of trademarks, service marks, and trade names reserved to Louisiana American Revolution Bicentennial Commission

The secretary of state shall not register any trade name (including corporate names) or trademark or service mark reserved by this Subpart to the Louisiana American Revolution Bicentennial Commission, except for said commission or with the written approval of said commission.
