Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, particularly the provisions of R.S. 23:1660(C), any housing authority in the state and Louisiana Works may enter into a cooperative agreement for the ongoing disclosure of wage records and unemployment compensation data. Such disclosure shall be made through a computer matching operation to be used by the housing authorities to determine initial and continuing eligibility of applicants for and participants in any housing assistance program covered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
