A food and beverage vendor at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival shall be subject to inspection and compliance with applicable provisions of the state sanitary code and especially the special event food and beverage preparation regulations that pertain to equipment, design, construction, utensils, supplies, preparation, and services. The festival shall not be subject to exemptions granted in R.S. 40:4.5. The Louisiana Department of Health shall charge a permit fee of twenty-five dollars to each food and beverage vendor at the festival.
