The Louisiana Department of Health is authorized to enter into a contract with the city of Pineville for sewerage services to be furnished by the city of Pineville to the Central Louisiana State Hospital. In consideration of the expenditures made by the city of Pineville in providing said sewerage services, the Louisiana Department of Health may agree to pay a minimum charge of three thousand three hundred thirty-three dollars per month for one hundred twenty months to the city of Pineville.
