Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 40, § 1730.42. Definitions

(1) “Historic buildings” means those buildings specifically designated as historically significant by the state historic preservation officer or by official action of a local government.

(2) “International Energy Conservation Code” means the document developed by the International Code Council, Inc., entitled “International Energy Conservation Code”, also referred to as “IECC”.
