Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 40, § 1300.79. Severability

Current as of January 01, 2023 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

If one or more provisions of this Part or the application thereof is found to be unconstitutional, the provision shall be declared severable, and the balance of this Part shall remain effective notwithstanding such unconstitutionality.
