Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 34, § 3272. Revenue bonds

In addition to the power and authority to issue bonds payable from the capital outlay tax herein authorized in the manner provided by R.S. 34:3271, the commission shall have the right, power and authority to issue revenue bonds for the purposes and in the manner provided by Part XII of Chapter 4 of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,  1 except that it shall not be necessary to hold an election to authorize the issuance of such bonds.
