Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 34, § 1652.5. Authority to enter into agreements with United States

The commission may enter into an agreement with the United States, with the approval of the governor and/or attorney general, to provide that the construction, maintenance and operation of jetties in the Gulf of America by said commission shall not affect the location of shoreline, coastline or boundaries of the State of Louisiana.
