Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 33, § 4712.30. Naming of Heymann Park Complex

Notwithstanding R.S. 42:267 or any other law to the contrary, the governing authority of the city of Lafayette may name the Heymann Park Complex in honor of John “Cush” Leblanc.
