Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 33, § 2485. Use of class titles

In addition to any other penalty, fine or charge imposed pursuant to law, a person convicted of a violation of the State Uniform Construction Code adopted pursuant to the “State Uniform Construction Code Act,” P.L.1975, c. 217 (C.52:27D-119 et seq.), shall be subject to a surcharge in the amount of $100, of which amount $50 shall be payable to the municipality in which the violation shall have occurred and $50 shall be payable to the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey for deposit into the General Fund; except that in the case of a violation occurring in a municipality in which the enforcement of the State Uniform Construction Code is performed exclusively by the State, the entire amount of the surcharge shall be payable to the State Treasurer for deposit into the General Fund.
