A. Any person who takes photographs from the air in this state for the purpose of making aerial maps or mosaics must file a list of these photographs or mosaics within thirty days after their completion with the State Department of Conservation. On request of the department a copy shall be furnished on the same scale as it is offered for sale to the public. The cost of these copies shall be borne by the department.
B. This Section does not apply to any federal agency or to any person making aerial photographs or mosaics for any federal agency.
C. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.
