Upon the final disposition of each claim filed with the Department of Conservation and Energy pursuant to Act No. 233 of the 1984 Regular Session of the Legislature, the secretary shall condemn one or more of the parties to the claim to pay the actual cost of administering the claim and may apportion the cost among the parties. The funds received pursuant to this Section shall be deposited immediately into the state treasury.
