Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 30, § 101.5. Powers of the secretary

(1) Administer general oversight of expenditures or commitments to make expenditures from the dedicated fund account for the identification, inventory, and removal of underwater obstructions as he deems necessary and appropriate.

(2) Maintain all supervisory and fiscal responsibility imposed under the provisions of this Part.

(3) Perform such other specific functions as may be enumerated or envisioned by the provisions of this Part.
