Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 3, § 1216. Certification of district

Current as of January 01, 2023 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

The State Soil and Water Conservation Commission shall on or before January 1 of such calendar year certify to the state treasurer or other appropriate official, the number of districts in operation in the state.
