Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 25, § 346. Use of museum's collections

The collections of the Louisiana State Museum may be lent in part subject to and in accordance with the collections management policy approved by the board. The office of the state museum shall ensure proper safeguards for their maintenance and return and shall ensure that proper records are kept.
