Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 23, § 1180. Evaluation

A. The Workers' Compensation Advisory Council shall evaluate the quality of the cost containment meeting prior to its initial implementation and thereafter annually reevaluate the program.

B. The office shall prepare and submit a status report on the progress of the program to the House Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, the Senate Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, and the Workers' Compensation Advisory Council.

C. All annual reports and presentations provided for in this Section shall be due at least sixty days before the Regular Session of the Legislature each year.
