Health insurance issuers shall provide coverage and reimbursement to a unique provider of health services for catastrophically ill children, as defined by R.S. 40:1077.1(2), located outside the state of Louisiana in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy of insurance between the insured and the insurer.
