Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 17, § 407.70. Notification of health and safety violations

The department shall notify the appropriate agencies if it determines that one or more violations that place the health and well-being of a child or children in imminent danger exist at the residence where care is being provided by a family child care provider or in-home provider.
