From July 31, 1968, all funds, monies, proceeds and revenues hereafter provided for shall constitute and be “The Fireman's Pension and Relief Fund for Fire Protection District No. One of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana”, for the pensioning of members with disabilities, members who are superannuated, and/or retired employees of Fire Protection District No. One of the parish of Ouachita, state of Louisiana, and their widows and/or orphans, and for the relief and aid of any employee of said Fire Protection District No. One in case of temporary disability.
