Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XXXVIII. Witnesses, Evidence, Notaries, Commissioners of Foreign Deeds, and Legal Notices § 421.190.Person present may be compelled to testify

A person present before a court or before a judicial officer may be compelled to testify in the same manner as if he were served with a subpoena.
