Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XXVI. Occupations and Professions § 324A.154.Applicant filing fee for appraisal management company to be established by administrative regulations

The board shall promulgate administrative regulations, in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A and following review of the director of the Division of Real Property Boards, establishing a reasonable filing fee to be paid by each appraisal management company seeking registration under KRS 324A.152. The filing fee shall include the annual fee for inclusion in the national registry maintained by the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
