Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XXV. Business and Financial Institutions § 304.14-065.Definitions for section; insurable interest in shared car in peer-to-peer car sharing program; construction

(1) As used in this section, the following have the same meaning as in KRS 365.520:

(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle, a peer-to-peer car sharing program shall have an insurable interest in a shared vehicle during the car sharing period, which shall include owning and maintaining, as the named insured, one (1) or more policies of motor vehicle liability insurance that provides coverage for:

(3) Nothing in this section creates liability on a peer-to-peer car sharing program to maintain the coverage required under KRS 365.522.
