Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XVIII. Public Health § 223.170.Certification of competency

The Energy and Environment Cabinet shall certify persons as to their qualifications to supervise successfully the operation of water treatment plants or water distribution systems after considering the recommendations of the Kentucky Board of Certification of Water and Wastewater System Operators established in KRS 224.10-024.
