Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XVIII. Public Health § 211.343.Promulgation of administrative regulations

The department shall, within one hundred twenty (120) days of July 14, 2022, promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to implement KRS 211.340 to 211.343.
