The Motor Vehicle Commission shall not prohibit a new recreational vehicle dealer from selling the remaining in-stock recreational vehicles of a line-make subject to a dealer agreement after that dealer agreement has been terminated or not renewed pursuant to the provisions of KRS 190A.040 or 190A.050. If recreational vehicles of a line-make that was subject to a terminated dealer agreement are not repurchased or required to be repurchased by the manufacturer, the dealer may continue to sell all recreational vehicles that were subject to the terminated dealer agreement and were in the dealer's inventory on the effective date of the termination until those recreational vehicles are no longer in the dealer's inventory.
