Kentucky Revised Statutes Title XV. Roads, Waterways, and Aviation § 179.010.Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) “County roads” are as defined in KRS 178.010.

(2) “County engineer” means county road engineer.

(3) “Obstructions” includes any object which prevents the easy, safe and convenient use of a county road for public travel.
