Kentucky Revised Statutes Title VIII. Offices and Officers § 61.710.Persons subject to KRS 61.710 to 61.780

(a) Any employee of a daily newspaper of 50,000 or more circulation published in Kentucky who either orally, or in writing contributes to the editorial policy of the newspaper; and

(b) Any employee of a radio or television station that is owned in common with a newspaper described above who directly or indirectly contributes to the editorial policy of the station.
