Kentucky Revised Statutes Title L. Kentucky Penal Code § 533.284.Assessors; cabinet to maintain list; qualifications

(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish and maintain a list of approved assessors for each county participating in the pilot program established under KRS 533.272 to perform clinical assessments; and

(2) No assessor shall be approved unless he or she is a:

(a) Qualified mental health professional as defined under KRS 533.270; and

(b) Medicaid approved provider or employed by a Medicaid approved provider.
