Kentucky Revised Statutes Title III. Executive Branch § 15.862.Use of administrative process to determine and enforce support obligations

In addition to the procedures for judicial determination, and enforcement of support obligations described in KRS 15.800 to 15.876, the Office of the Attorney General may employ administrative process, as described in KRS 405.405 to 405.520, to determine and enforce support obligations when paternity is not in question.
