Kansas Statutes Chapter 83. Weights and Measures § 83-220. Penalty for violations

Any person violating any of the provisions of article 2 of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or violating any rules and regulations adopted thereunder shall be guilty of a class A, a nonperson misdemeanor.
