Kansas Statutes Chapter 82A. Waters and Watercourses § 82a-953a. Transfers from state general fund to state water plan fund; reductions

During each fiscal year, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $6,000,000 from the state general fund to the state water plan fund created by K.S.A. 82a-951, and amendments thereto, 1/2 of such amount to be transferred on July 15 and 1/2 to be transferred on January 15. During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the transfer shall not exceed $4,005,632.
