Kansas Statutes Chapter 8. Automobiles and Other Vehicles § 8-1216. Same; reports to division of vehicles

Any court or other agency of this state, or a subdivision thereof, which has jurisdiction to take any action suspending, revoking or otherwise limiting a license to drive, shall report any such action and the adjudication upon which it is based to the division of vehicles within ten (10) days of such action on forms furnished by or approved by the director of vehicles.
