Kansas Statutes Chapter 79. Taxation § 79-2987. Tax compact with the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska

(a) The compact relating to cigarette sales, taxation and escrow collection between the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska and the state of Kansas submitted by the governor to the senate and house of representatives of the state of Kansas and received and printed in the journal of the senate on March 16, 2017, and the journal of the house of representatives on March 15, 2017, is hereby approved and adopted by reference as the law of this state.  1

(b) The secretary of the senate is directed to send a copy of such compact to the secretary of state. The secretary of state shall cause such compact to be published in the Kansas register.
