The following described land is hereby declared to possess unusual historical interest: Lots 361, 363 and 365, except the west 46 1/2 feet thereof, on Topeka avenue, all in the city of Topeka, original town, Shawnee county, Kansas, upon which is located a house known as the Charles Curtis home.
