Kansas Statutes Chapter 76. State Institutions and Agencies; Historical Property § 76-1502. Institution established

[Provided for the selection of a site for the Kansas sanatorium for tubercular patients, the transfer of title to the site to the state and for the erection of buildings. Section 8 of the act provided for a proclamation by the governor opening the sanatorium.]
