Kansas Statutes Chapter 75. State Departments; Public Officers and Employees § 75-6903. Bids with judgmental mistakes, not withdrawable after bid opening

A bid mistake based upon an error in judgment may not be withdrawn after the time and date set by the awarding authority for bid opening.
